United States of America – Orders – Delivery time – Exchange
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the shipping time to the USA is unfortunately 3-4 weeks. The exchange / complaints can take up to 8 weeks.
Mainland Europe – Orders – Delivery time – Exchange
At the current time we are still open and are able to dispatch orders and have not been made aware of any significant delays by our courier company. There may be a few days delay however we are still very much running as usual for as long as possible.
If there are any changes to the status of deliveries we will make sure it is displayed on our website.
